The company also holds interest in Lac Carheil Graphite project located in Quebec; Corvette River Lithium project located in the James Bay Region, Quebec; and Lac du Marcheur copper-cobalt project located in Quebec. In addition, it holds 80% interests in the Manindi Critical Minerals project located near the northeast of Perth in Western Australia; the Warrambie Battery Metals project located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia; the Warrego East project located in the Northern Territory; and the Big Bell North project located in Western Australia. The company was incorporated in 1981 and is headquartered in West Perth, Australia.
