The company holds 100% interest in the Lost Sheep Fluoride Mine that consists of 353 claims covering an area of approximately 5,982 acres located in western Utah, the United States; and the Liard Fluorspar property, which includes 55 claims covering an area of approximately 55,000 acres located in British Columbia. It also holds 20% interest in the Vanadium Ridge property, which consists of 20 mining claims covering an area of approximately 5,200 acres located in the Kamloops, British Columbia; and an 100% interest in five properties located in Ontario, Canada. Ares Strategic Mining Inc. was incorporated in 2009 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
